Description

We refine our cheesecake with an Italian pistachio nougat cream and crown the cake with chopped pistachio pieces. It is a real treat for everyone who loves these delicate nuts.

Ingredients: Milk cream mixture with sugar and egg (75%), pistachio cream (15%) (pistachio 45%, sugar, milk powder, extra virgin olive oil, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter), emulsifier: soya lecithin), biscuit base (10%) (wheat flour, butter, sugar, palm fat, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, E503ii, glucose-fructose syrup, sweet whey powder, salt), butter.
