Ingredients: Milk cream mixture with sugar and egg (75%), biscuit base (15%) (wheat flour, butter, sugar, palm fat, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, E503ii, glucose-fructose syrup, sweet whey powder, salt), butter; “unverschwendet“ Plum & Elderberry jam (10%) (plum, elderberries, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, lemon juice from concentrate, cinnamon).
For lactose-free variants, the biscuit base consists of: corn starch, sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower oil), potato starch, rice flour, corn fibre, glucose and fructose corn syrup, rice starch, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, E503ii), salt, and emulsifier (soya lecithin).

Our cakes should always be stored cool at a temperature of 2–8 °C. To ensure freshness and quality, we recommend consuming them within 4 days of delivery or pickup. Cakes with particularly delicate ingredients, such as fresh fruit, should preferably be consumed within 1–2 days.
Tip: If there’s any cake left over, keep it well-covered or in a sealed container. This prevents it from drying out or absorbing odours from the refrigerator.
