payment terms

With the completion of the purchase of your cheesecake in the Online Shop, you can choose from the following payment methods through our payment service provider

• Instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
• Direct debit (Lastschrift)
• Credit card / Debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Edenred cards: Lebensmittel & Geschenk)
• PayPal
• EPS
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

If none of the offered payment methods is feasable for you, we can provide the information for direct bank transfer. In that case, we ask you to contact us directly via email, at least a week before your planned delivery date.

Delivery terms

The delivery is performed only in Vienna. Your ordered cheesecakes will be delivered on the requested dates to the delivery address between 9 and 12 am. In case of a delay or other unforseen changes of delivery time we will inform you on the day before delivery.

The delivery costs are 2,90 Euro Free delivery within Vienna is offered from a total order value of 100,00 Euro for the same day to the same delivery address. The order value is calculated before any discount or coupons.

If your desired delivery date is not available, please contact us via email at least a week before.

Pickup terms

You can pick up the cheesecakes on your selected date at our office between 10am and 12am. Jheringgasse 33/2/14, A-1150 Vienna. The closest metro stations are U4 Schönbrunn and U3 Westbahnhof (proceed with the tram line 52 or 60 until the station Winckelmannstraße). If you come by car, consider the paid parking zones in the 15th district.
